Castify SDK - Global Parameters

The MediafyGlobalParams class provides a set of properties that allow to enrich the ad request.

`MediafyGlobalParams.setStoreUrl()`	App store URL for an installed app.	`app.storeurl`
`MediafyGlobalParams.setDomain()`	Domain of the app (e.g., “awesomeapp.foo.com”).	`app.domain`
`MediafyGlobalParams.setPublisherName()`	App's publisher name	`app.publisher.name`
`MediafyGlobalParams.setSubjectToCOPPA()`	Integer flag indicating if this request is subject to the COPPA regulations established by the USA FTC, where 0 = no, 1 = yes	`regs.coppa`
`MediafyGlobalParams.setExtendedIdentifiers()`	Placeholder for extended identifiers	`usr.ext.eids`
`MediafyGlobalParams.setUserLatLong()`	Location of the user’s home base. This is not necessarily their current location	`user.geo.lat`, `user.geo.lon`
